Fuddland

As you might notice, there are some major changes going on to the site design. I fully expect squillions of browser bugs to rear their ugly heads – although I am trying to iron them out as much as possible before I ‘go live’ over the entire site, using my collection of locally installed browsers [IE 3, 4.01, 5.01, 5.5, 6; Opera 5.12, 6.02, 7.23; Firebird 0.7; Mozilla 1.5; Lynx 2.8.3 and Netscape 4.72 just for extra fun].

I’m using the Bugblog as a testing ground as it’s an infrequently-accessed, yet fully-operational, part of the site which uses exactly the same layout as the main weblog, and so is ideal for me to really see how things are looking. I’m expecting the roll out of the new design to be completed sometime in January next year, so I’m in no hurry to get things perfect in one evening [as I’ve been known to attempt in the past, with disastrous and needlessly stressful consequences].
