Walls of hundreds of overlapping knitted  hands, cream-coloured except for some burnt-looking fingertips

One of the exhibits at last month’s Sūzhōu (苏州) Institute of Art and Design’s FiberArt [sic] exhibition: all the works of art were made from fibre-based raw materials. Each of these hands were individually-knitted gloves.

I love that. Knitting that many gloves by hand would be a nightmare. Wonder how they did it.
