Two men modelling outdoor jackets on a golf course

Do the curly locks of the golf caddy on the left of the photo look vaguely familiar? That’s right, it’s none other than yours truly, helping out a clothes-designing friend of mine by being a clothes horse for her company’s new catalogue. The photoshoot took place at a driving range on the outskirts of Sūzhōu (苏州), so as well as snapping my own behind-the-scenes photos, I took the opportunity to whack the hell out of the ground in the area immediately around a golf ball for a few moments, as captured candidly by the professional photographer:

In my defence, this was my first time at swinging a club and — moreover — they were right-handed clubs, no good for a southpaw such as myself.

Golf courses, eh? Rich area, sounds promising down there (rubs hands together gleefully)…
