The sign on the left is pretty obvious: no heavy trucks.

Likewise, the sign in the middle, whilst possibly first being interpreted as “no bugling”, can soon be figured out: no car-horn honking.

But sign number three? “No driving whilst your car is on fire”? “No launching of fireworks from a moving vehicle”? No-one seems to know.

Update: Some super-sleuthing by my sister has revealed that the sign means, “entry forbidden for vehicles with explosive/high risk cargo”. Obvious, really!
