Fuddland
I couldn’t quite believe it when I received my mobile ‘phone bill the other day: the geniuses that mugged me used my ‘phone before I had it blocked. They made two calls, lasting a total of a minute and a half, to two different mobile numbers, neither of which belong to anyone I know.
I have the ‘phone numbers of two people who know the bastards that mugged me!
With a supreme act of willpower, I have not gotten drunk and called them up, but instead have passed the numbers on to the investigating officer. I suppose if they’re Pay-As-You-Go ‘phones then there’s little hope of them leading anywhere, but if they’re on contracts, or perhaps even known to the police already…
Still, I mustn’t call them myself.

Do NOT call them…t’would be a very bad idea. I would reccomend writing down the phone numbers and locking them in a box somewhere, so they are not within easy access and less likely to lead to temptation.

I’ll call ‘em. ;-)
No seriously mate, safer not to. You could jeopardize a delicate police sting. Or not. Either way, still best not to call them

Yeah best not to… at least for a while until the police have had a chance to, then? POST the number on the internet!!!
(I know I know, must rise above… pah)

gotta be worth putting the numbers in a few spam-text generating forms though? ;)

My God, I am about to become the voice of reason!
before cursing the owners of these numbers with spam, make sure that they are actual acquaintances of the muggers. They could be pizza delivery or something like that. Or even wrong numbers.

Re #6: And to do that I should … ring them? Now I’m very confused. ;)
