Re #3: Rolf appeared in panto on the South coast circa 1986, playing Buttons in Cinderella. I went to see it along with my family and some cousins visiting from the States; somehow [not sure how!] my Nana collared Rolf and got him to sign autographs for all her grandchildren. :)
