Fuddland
There’s been a whole bunch of lovely things going on recently. In roughly chronological order:
A load of my friends and family met my girlfriend and all wondered what the hell she was doing with the likes of me [beats me, but I’m not going to pursue the question]
Steve and Jo got married [and, what’s more, it was to each other]
I’m about to begin writing my first ever paper for my fudd [yes I know, about bloody time!]
My old friend Lynnie got engaged
Friend, colleague and sometime-commenter Brown today successfully defended his thesis and became: Brown, Phd
And it’s due to that last item that we’re off down the boozer for more [alcohol-encouraged] happiness.
