Fuddmugs

For no reason at all, I’ve got me some Fuddland mugs, based on the three banners I’ve had to date, courtesy of the nice people at TShirt Studio.

What resolution image did you upload? Width, height, and pixels/inch? Looks really nice - I once had a t-shirt printed by cafepress … hmmm … wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless wafer-thin cotton and greyish blacks are your thing, but might give this lot a go.

Go on then, what evilness do we have to carry out to get one (especially the second row)…

Re #2: They’re surprisingly small images actually, in terms of resolution. The last one is the highest file-size, being a lossless PNG image 416 by 218, 96dpi, that I created from the original high-res Photoshop files, but the other banners’ original files are long gone and so I just uploaded the images used on this very site [which can be found in the archives — go back to an entry from 2002 to see both banners].

Re #3: If you want to be as cool as me and have your own Fuddmug, you don’t have to do anything bar upload the images to TShirt Studio yourself, and I can’t stop anyone doing that. If you’re good enough to get my permission first then I don’t think you’ll be infringing on my copyright.

I’ve not set up an affiliate programme with TShirt Studio, although they do offer such a scheme. I’d get 10% per sale, and since each mug was £8 delivered, that’d be 80p a mug — might as well just FedEx me a pint. ;) If you’re sufficiently moved [ha!] by my designs you can make a donation to Oxfam or WaterAid, and I’d be happy with just an email.
